Rani Food Industries Ltd (Goldmark) is looking for Officer-HRJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Highlights: The incumbent will efficiently manage HR operations & HR shared services in the floor level of the factory including workers’ recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, grievance handling, and offboarding.We are looking for “Officer-HR” For Rani Food Industries Ltd (Goldmark) a leading Group of Companies in Bangladesh.We are a fast-growing Food Company and are actively looking for dynamic, self-motivated personnel to join our winning teamCandidates must have sound knowledge on ComputerJob Nature: Shifting DutyJob Description / ResponsibilityCoordinate worker/staff recruitment under guidance from the central recruitment team.Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new employees.Maintain accurate employee data in ERP.Monitor attendance and conduct necessary reconciliation.Update and maintain leave records regularly.Prepare monthly attendance and leave data for payroll input.Prepare and verify OT (Overtime) reports and ensure necessary approval.Manage offboarding process including resignation advocacy, exit interviews, resignation register, and Excel-based tracker updates.Submit exit documentation to the central payroll team.Oversee floor housekeeping and ensure 5S compliance.Maintain personal files of employees in the respective department.Handle employee grievance issues within the assigned departments.Update the Employee Grievance and Disciplinary Issues Tracker.Submit employee bank account-related documents to the central payroll team.Support the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).Assist in the distribution of official letters and circulars to employees.He will perform any other job as and when assigned by the management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource ManagementBBA & MBA in HRM/PGD HRM/ Management or any relevant discipline from any reputed University with excellent academic track record.Experience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Food (Packaged)Additional Requirements2/3 years’ experience in the relevant field is preferableGood Interpersonal Communication skills.Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivatedShould be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.Good command in English & Bangla Language is needed.Preferred: Certification or training in HR Operations/Industrial RelationsSound knowledge of BD Labor Law & Rules and all subsequent & updated amendments.Sound knowledge of HR operational procedures.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Excel.Strong coordination and communication skills.Good understanding of labor law basics, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Job LocationGazipur
