Officer Merchant Onboarding & Item Processing - Digital Banking Group

Required Skill SetStrong analytical, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations, and other banking policies and procedures.Proficient in MS Office.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform daily processing and data entry of merchant applications in the Merchant Acquiring System (SVBO).Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all applications received from the Acquiring Business Team for merchant onboarding, changes, or other requirements.Review all documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before uploading and processing any requests in the system.Coordinate with the Business Team to resolve merchant application-related issues.Process change requests from customers related to merchant profiles, MDR, demographic maintenance, etc.Resolve issues identified during merchant application processing.Provide timely responses to merchant and business team queries.Process digital slip and merchant portal amendments in the M360 system.Post reversal and adjustment entries in the Loyalty System.Digitally archive all merchant applications along with supporting documents.Physically archive all merchant applications with proper numbering and tagging as per MIS.Perform any other assignments as directed by higher management.Qualification:Preferably a Master’s degree, but at least a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed university.Location: LahoreExperience: Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
