That’s why in early 2020 we began rolling out our expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy to include Citi employees around the world.Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life.In C09 role, you’re expected to : End to end trade processing and settlement across Equities, Fixed Income, FX and complex OTC productsStrong capital market knowledge and hands on experience with the Aladdin platformDeep understanding of trade life cycle processes and post trade operationsHandling of Corporate Actions, Collateral Management, Fund Order Processing, Interest payment processing, Cash & Stock reconciliation, and Reference Data ManagementPerform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requestsGenerate and match trade confirmations according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templatesComplete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on timeCoordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solutionHandle clients’ counterparties inquiries via telephone and other sources timely and appropriately within defined standards and deliver high quality service to internal and external customers. Ability to follow established procedures to ensure breaks are not caused / minimized, is tracked, and metrics updates are accuratePerform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policiesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.In C10 role, you’re expected to : End to end trade processing and settlement across Equities, Fixed Income, FX and complex OTC productsStrong capital market knowledge and hands on experience with the Aladdin platformDeep understanding of trade life cycle processes and post trade operationsHandling of Corporate Actions, Collateral Management, Fund Order Processing, Interest payment processing, Cash & Stock reconciliation, and Reference Data ManagementAbility to work effectively in a high volume / high risk environmentProcess securities transactions, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative productsIdentify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues, and make process improvement recommendations to leadershipAnalyze moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements, aid in control activities, and contribute to the launch of product servicesMonitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirementsEscalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solutionDesign and analyze moderately complex reports, in coordination with standards set by direct leadershipAssist with control activities, and the launch of new products and servicesEnsure processes adhere to audit and control policiesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: Relevant 3-7 years of experience preferredFundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policiesProven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environmentConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
