This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in lubricant sales, and a good understanding of the market.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives for lubricant products.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challengesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.Identify customer needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence of lubricant products.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activitiesEducationA bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.Experience3-5 years relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing etcRelevant professional certification is an added advantageSkillsSales & MarketingIndustry and product knowledgeSales Strategy implementationUnderstanding of leading practices in Bulk sales of oil and gas productsNegotiation and persuasionGood knowledge of marketing operations in the downstream oil and gas marketing sector.
