Thrive in an environment filled with fun, collaboration, and fulfillment as we delight everyone with good food choices.Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Systems & Capability Development Officer.What are the Job Responsibilities:Quality and Food Safety Development and Operational Enablement Leads the deployment, integration, and operationalization of QFS systems and standards across sites, ensuring alignment with the Group’s overarching framework and business requirements. This includes providing implementation support, conducting effectiveness checks, and identifying optimization opportunities that enhance reliability and compliance. The role also acts as the focal point for system rollouts, championing readiness, user engagement, and sustained adoption across cross-functional teams.System Documentation Governance and ControlGoverns the management and maintenance of master documentation within the QFS management system. This includes ensuring version integrity, accessibility, and accuracy of controlled documents while harmonizing practices across business units. The role ensures that all QFS policies, standards, and procedures reflect the latest global and regulatory requirements, supporting system consistency and operational clarity.Performance Analytics and System Effectiveness MonitoringMonitors and analyzes key metrics that assess the maturity, capability growth, and effectiveness of QFS management system implementation across all sites. This includes tracking performance indicators related to compliance readiness, training outcomes, audit results, and process adherence to provide a comprehensive view of system performance.Capability Building and Learning Program ExecutionCoordinates and executes capability-building programs that align with the QFS competency framework and technical training roadmap. This involves facilitating workshops, supporting the development of digital learning modules, and tracking participation and effectiveness through defined metrics.Continuous Improvement and Benchmark IntegrationDocuments, tracks, and evaluates improvement initiatives across QFS pillars, ensuring that actions are completed, validated, and integrated into standard practices. The role leads benchmarking and best practice studies - both internally and externally, to identify scalable performance opportunities.Knowledge Stewardship and Best Practice IntegrationMaintains structured repositories of QFS tools, templates, and learnings to strengthen knowledge retention and accessibility across the organization. The role promotes active sharing of lessons learned and success stories, driving the internalization of best practices and fostering a culture of shared excellence.Digital Enablement and System IntegrationSupports the implementation and sustainability of digital transformation initiatives within QFS systems. This includes process mapping, user testing, and validation activities to ensure functionality, user adoption, and value delivery.What are the Qualifications:Education: Must be a graduate of any of the following courses: Engineering (Industrial, Chemical), Applied Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology) and other allied technical or related courses.With 3-5 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management on a food manufacturing and/or food and beverage operations, preferably in designing, developing, and auditing systems, processes, operational function.With extensive knowledge and experience on quality and food safety management systems design and development (GMP, HACCP, QMS, FSSC, and the likes)With extensive knowledge on verification (internal audit), data analysis, and corrective action validation.With knowledge on Food Manufacturing and Supply Chain (including warehousing, distribution, vendor management) operations and processes.With knowledge on Quality and Food Safety standards and regulatory requirements such as AO 153, RA 10611, PNS, ISOWith the ability to influence the organization and make sound conclusions/recommendation through the verification activities and reports.With proficient oral and written communication skills.
