Officer Tax Management

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Officer Tax Management, responsible for tax planning and advisory. You will work as part of a team or independently and should be able to interact with co-workers with job description as followPreparing Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculation, planning, and analysis, including formulating the strategy for CIT payment and reporting. Work with a team to ensure the processes are completed on time and met the requirements in accordance with prevailing regulationPreparing tax policy review to analyze the impact and gap of new tax regulation to existing business process and conducting socialization to impacted business units regarding the new tax regulationPreparing tax policy review to analyze the impact and gap of new tax regulation to existing business process and conducting socialization to impacted business units regarding the new tax regulationPreparing and reviewing internal policy and procedure, to ensure that the policy and procedure has been aligned with the prevailing tax regulation and latest business processProviding tax advisory to business units regarding the tax implication for transactions, corporate actions, or other business initiativesPreparing and delivering internal tax training, as well as providing materials for tax updates and refreshmentFostering and maintaining professional relationship internally and externally (regulators, auditors, advisors)Required qualificationMinimum bachelor's degree in accounting/Fiscal AdministrationMinimum 4-5 years working experience with roles in tax & accountingMinimum 1-2 years working in tax consultantDeep understanding of Indonesian tax regulation and international tax treatiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholdersCapability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesPreferably qualificationHave Indonesian Tax Consultant Certified A, B, and CHave job experience in Big Four Accounting FirmHave experience and knowledge of banking products and servicesHave capability and knowledge in digital banking/treasury/loan productsHave experience in implementing accounting/banking products systemHave experience in handling tax disputes and transfer pricing
