Today, G7 Coffee is enjoyed in over 80 countries, recognized for its rich flavor, consistency, and exceptional value.In Korea, we aim to strengthen our growth through strategic channel expansion, strong distributor partnerships, and continuous innovation—bringing the unique experience of Vietnamese coffee to more consumers nationwide.About the Role: Offline ManagerThe Offline Manager is responsible for driving nationwide sales growth across General Trade (GT), NACF, OOH, and AFH channels through effective RTM (Route-to-Market) strategies. This role focuses on expanding distribution, activating channels, and achieving annual business targets. The position reports to the Head of sales Director and works closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, distributors, wholesalers, and HQ teams.Duties & Responsibilities1. Achieve AOP Business Plan for GT/NACF ChannelsDevelop and execute the annual AOP business plan.Achieve sales targets for offline GT and NACF channels.2. Expand DistributionCreate RTM strategies to identify and onboard strong wholesalers nationwide.Expand distribution of TNG brands/products across GT and NACF channels.3. Drive Promotions for Sustainable GrowthDevelop and execute promotions for wholesalers and stores to accelerate sales.Manage RRSP and promotional pricing aligned internally.Monitor distributors’ and wholesalers’ stock levels and control orders when necessary.Oversee distributor activities within offline key account channels.4. Plan and Manage BudgetPlan, track, and manage the annual budget.Ensure spending aligns with planned amounts and adjust according to sales performance.5. Manage Distributors and Partner RelationshipsCommunicate directly with wholesalers and strengthen relationships.Manage and enhance partnerships with offline distributors and other relevant stakeholders.Qualifications1. KnowledgeStrong understanding of RTM strategy and execution.In-depth knowledge of GT/NACF channels and the FMCG industry.Proven capability in nationwide distribution expansion and wholesaler operations.Familiarity with GT/NACF, OOH, and AFH market dynamics, trends, and operations.2. SkillsStrong commercial and communication skills.Proven ability to drive sales and influence channel partners.Experience managing wholesalers and NACF stakeholders.Distributor management experience is a plus.English proficiency is an advantage.3. ExperienceMinimum 12 years of relevant experience in FMCG GT/NACF/OOH/AFH operations.Solid track record in offline GT/NACF market management.4. Education & AttributesBachelor’s degree in a related field or higher.Strong ownership, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset.
