Let’s make it happen!What you'll do:You will be part of our B2B Supply Chain teams and focus on one of the following missions: Quality & Process Excellence/Production & Planning/Logistics/OperationsQuality & Process ExcellenceAnalyse and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errorsSupport the implementation of standardized workflows and quality controlsMonitor key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement initiativesProduction & PlanningAssist in demand forecasting and production scheduling to ensure optimal stock levelsCoordinate with suppliers and production partners to meet delivery timelinesTrack order progress and resolve bottlenecks in the production processContribute to process documentation and optimization of planning toolsLogistics Support first mile operations, coordinating supplier collections and inbound transportMonitor last mile deliveries, resolving delays and improving customer experienceAssist with warehouse inventory tracking, stock accuracy, and process optimizationManage return flows, ensuring efficient processing and clear communication with partnersOperations Assist OPS account managers in coordinating with B2B partners and internal teamsSupport order management by tracking, updating, and ensuring accurate order fulfilmentCollaborate with the customer excellence team to address client issues and ensure satisfactionMaintain operational dashboards, reporting performance and improvement opportunitiesWho we're looking for:You are equipped with good communication skills in English.You are skilled in data analysis, enjoying working with numbers and finding ways to improve them.You are process-driven, with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.You are an excellent communicator, ready to collaborate with teams across the globe.You are eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You are available to start in the next two months.What we offer:A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company eventsCompetitive salary of 965€ gross per month, Coverflex, benefits, and meal allowancePrivate health insurance including dental careEmployee discount on Emma products for yourself, friends and familyIn-house Portuguese classesBecome an EmmieEmma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
