Job Responsibilities:Support offline sales operations in the market, assisting in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.Conduct market research and competitor analysis for offline retail channels, providing insights to develop channel strategies and promotional plans.Assist in managing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring timely communication and effective execution of sales programs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment in product launches, pricing, and in-store promotions.Monitor and analyze offline sales performance, store display execution, and customer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related fieldStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSolid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plansStrong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environmentPassion for consumer electronics, retail sales, and brand development
