Reporting to the CEO Packaging, your confident and collaborative approach is pivotal in supporting a well-established leadership team during a transformational phase within the business.
With the support of a dedicated and professional HR team of 3; your role is to lead and oversee the HR function of the Packaging business; comprising 5 manufacturing plants and regional sites around NZ. Experience: HR Manager with minimum 7+ years’ experience. Technical and practical experience working within a unionised environment ideally within a large multi-site organisation. Skilled at industrial relations & experience in union collective negotiationsSound knowledge around NZ employment relations environment and legislation Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalentHighly computer literate with Microsoft Suite, exposure to HRIS LMS and payroll systems.
