Your roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in providing financial visibility and insights for Sinaia, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing financial results, managing forecasting processes, and supporting cross-functional teams with financial data and tools.
Your JourneyConsolidate and analyze the Profit & Loss statement for the local market. Monitor budget and financial forecast for Sinaia ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans. Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate company performance, scenario planning, and business initiatives. Analyze revenue, cost, and margin trends and variances to provide actionable insights and support business decisions. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and key insights for senior leadership and the board of directors, enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with business partners across departments to understand financial implications of operational decisions and support ad hoc analysis.
What Do You Bring To Your TripBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning tools. Advanced English and Romanian level is required. Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
