The Relationship Executive is responsible for providing professional guidance on policymatters, ensuring comfort and assistance of clients/intermediaries, andcommunicating with clients and brokers on a timely basis for relevant concerns. Key Tasks And ResponsibilitiesEnd to end proactive management of Intermediaries and customerrelationships for assigned portfolio of schemes. Ensure superior customer experience is always provided tointermediaries/clients while working closely with other departments.
Track and report on delivery of OM Customer Service Charter to meet the NPSand NES targetsContribute to the profitable growth of the portfolio based on set annualtargets through profitable retention of existing businessResponsible for obtaining and providing correct market intelligence onrenewal/Tender business to ensure it is correctly/competitively priced. Proactively manage and reduce all costs including cost controls for adverseperforming schemes. Support on excess, undertakings, and premium collection. Adhere to all the processes, procedures and controls set parameters. Train and increase uptake of all automation initiatives by clients/intermediariesand having gained comprehensive understanding of the same.
Demonstrate teamwork/spirit and continued personal development. Any other duties that may be assigned by the management. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite & packages (word, excel,PowerPoint)ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) EXPECTATIONThe incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to, implementation of, andadoption of Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Sanctions-relatedpolicies, procedures, and process requirements within Old Mutual and its subsidiaries. This includes execution of customer due diligence processes, ensuring compliancewith Know-Your-Customer (KYC) standards, conducting ongoing and enhanced duediligence, and maintaining data quality.
