ROLE MISSIONWorking in partnership with our client, the Digital Designer will be taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines. You'll be working alongside a great team of talented and like-minded individuals in Dublin. What You Will Be Doing In Your RoleWorking on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation and implementation.

Showing strong UX/UI and design thinking for the web, digital, ecommerce and social advertisingDefining the look and feel for a variety of digital design projectsImplementing existing brand guidelines on projectsDeveloping user-centred and engaging web and email layoutsThe ability to work under direction and using your own initiativePresenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timingsKeeping up to date with current design trends and ecommerce platform changesDeveloping your understanding of what makes creative communications compelling, e. g. best practices for developing successful digital creative content.

What Skills Will Help You Be SuccessfulCommercial, Retail and UX/UI design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plusA portfolio demonstrating your creative thinking and how this is executed in deliveryA passion for digital trends and interaction designYou'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generationProficiency in Adobe CC suite applications and UX/ UI toolsExperience working with / designing for content management systemsA team player who possesses the ability to build strong and effective working relationships Our values shape everything we do:
