We are seeking a professional and personable Front Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years’ hotel experience to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will have a polished appearance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest accounts efficiently. Process and manage reservations via phone, email, and booking platforms. Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain accurate records in the property management system. Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations. Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence. Upsell hotel services, packages, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience. Prepare daily reports and support night audit when required. Ensure the front desk area is always clean, tidy, and presentable. RequirementsAt least 2 years’ experience in a front office or reception role in a hotel setting (4-star or higher preferred). Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with hotel reservation Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
