We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure alignment and integrity of financial and management reporting data; proactively identify and resolve discrepancies. Prepare timely and insightful financial reports and management presentations (monthly, quarterly, annual). Support the budgeting process and contribute to the preparation of the annual management report.
Provide financial modeling support for various business initiatives and strategic projects. Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of finance automation tools and processes. Maintain and improve financial data infrastructure to enable efficient consolidation, comparison, and analysis of actuals vs. budget. Your Profile: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large or international company. Strong understanding of financial statements and data analysis. Ability to prepare clear, structured, and insightful reports and presentations for management. Fluent in English and Latvian for effective business communication.
Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets; Power BI knowledge is an advantage. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
