About the Job:We are looking for an Omni-Channel Marketing Manager for a global, European pharmaceutical company. Your main goal is to make sure customers have a smooth and simple experience, whether they are online or offline. You will work with many teams, like Brand and Business teams, to plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns. You will use data to see what works and find ways to make the customer experience even better.What You Will Do:Plan and run marketing campaigns on websites, in emails, and at events.Work closely with brand teams to help them make customer plans.Use data to check how well the marketing campaigns are working.Find ways to make our websites, content, emails, and tools better.Share campaign results and teach other teams about digital marketing.Qualifications:Experience in digital marketing and running campaigns.Know how to use website, email, and customer tracking tools.Understand how to use data to measure a campaign's success.Good at managing many projects and working well with teams.Speak fluent Japanese and business-level English.
