Who You'll Work WithKey partners you’ll work with: Account facing MPO External Partners OM & Responsive Pre-season execution DSM and/or Commercial Logistics Network Capacity Optimization (NCO) Nike Technology Supply Chain AnalyticsWho We Are Looking ForAs Supply Chain Specialist In Season, you will drive operational excellence throughexecutional In-season Planning and Delivery activities. The central In-season P&D(Planning & Delivery )team supports Order Management processes to ensure asmooth flow of inventory across EMEA, to deliver strong Availability, Orderbookhealth through internal and external collaboration, and with that drive efficiencyaround shipping and inventory. A proven work experience in a supply chain/logistics function with a passion foroperations Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive abest-in-class service Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operationalexcellence Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering processimprovement Understands and communicates fairly complex information specific to theposition. Creates standard work products which are reviewed by colleagues. Supports the achievement of goals independently while simultaneouslycontributing to team performance Problem Solving: Initiates analysis and investigation to solve differing butrelated problems Knowledge & Skills: Developing professional role. Develops expertise andapplies solutions based on experience. Identifies most appropriate options ormethods to improve existing approachesWhat You'll Work On Ensure a specific focus on Planning & Delivery tasks, associated KPI’s, elevatingvisibility and driving associated actions within your role Demonstrate strong skills in matrix management, influencing and prioritizationof work in close collaboration with the Account Facing teams as well as Pre-Season, OM and Responsive teams to ensure an aligned approach towardsoperational execution Contribute to the smooth flow of inventory across EMEA to deliver strongAvailability, Orderbook health, Working Capital, and logistic efficiency. Support the transformation of the new MSC setup by championing the visionand approach with internal and external stakeholders Foster a culture of continuous improvement related to our tools, processes andend to end collaboration with your key x-functional partners Working closely with your colleagues to identify and facilitate continuousimprovement activities to improve the efficiency of how Nike supply chainoperates within the marketplace through the lens of In Season activities Utilize strong E2E operations, commercial and account facing experience toensure effective KPI focus, business delivery to elevate service and ensureaccurate In Season execution through x-functional collaboration Contribute to initiatives and results towards our operational KPI’s (Service,Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability) Flexibly move to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of criticalbusiness need across EMEA Supply ChainApplication Deadline: Wednesday 5 November 2025
