Zimmermann is looking for a detail-oriented Omnichannel Operations Coordinator to join our Digital team, supporting our Australia and Hong Kong markets. You will support the efficient and accurate execution of online orders and returns across Zimmermannâs omnichannel operation. You will be the key link between our digital, retail, and client services teams, driving operational excellence and supporting our stores to deliver a seamless client experience.About Our RoleAs an Omnichannel Operations Coordinator, you will support our omnichannel operations across Australia and Hong Kong. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Order & Returns ManagementOversee daily fulfillment and return processing for online, in-store, and collect-in-store orders, ensuring all activities meet SLAs and supporting Store teams with timely communication.Manage order errors, fraud reviews, late or unallocated orders, and sold outs, owning follow-ups with Store teams and Client Services.Inventory & PackagingSupport omni-inventory management with eCommerce & Warehouse teams to minimize sold outs and improve stock accuracy.Ensure stores maintain sufficient packaging stock levels and assist with peak trade volume forecasting.Process Improvement & CollaborationContribute to strategic decisions and automation initiatives for omnichannel fulfillment and returns.Liaise with Retail, Product Training, Digital Delivery, IT, and Client Services to streamline processes and troubleshoot issues.Training & Team EngagementCreate and maintain training guides for omni-fulfillment processes, including ad-hoc and seasonal initiatives, and support roll-out to Store teams.Lead regular touch-bases with the AU Retail team to review performance and discuss plans.Support onboarding for Omnichannel Stock Coordinators in AU.Champion the One-Client-Vision, advocating for client experience and quality control.Reporting & PerformanceAssist with reporting on order volumes, performance KPIs, and store team incentives for PayrollWhat You Will Bring1â2 yearsâ experience in a stock operations role, ideally within the Retail industry.Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, especially Excel; AP21 a plus).Strong understanding of online, retail, and omnichannel operations.Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.Fraud management experience (Adyen a plus).Why progress your career with ZIMMERMANN?Grow Your Career Globally: Develop your career within an iconic Australian luxury brand, with opportunities for international mobility and advancement.Continuous Learning: Access ongoing training and development programs to support your professional growth at Zimmermann.Exclusive Employee Discount: Enjoy generous discounts on Zimmermann products.Summer Fridays: Recharge with early finishes on Fridays during the summer months.If you are ready to embark on your next career challenge with a globally successful organisation and share our values of optimism, integrity, and adaptability, then we would love to hear from you.Please note that only short-listed applicants will be contacted.Zimmermann is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, ensuring a strong corporate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
