The Head of People & Culture will be a key architect of this transformation — helping to build a modern, ambitious, and aligned culture while supporting leaders and teams in delivering strategic outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a company moving from regional parcel logistics leader to international tech-enabled operator. Job PurposeThe Head of People and Culture is a key member of the executive leadership team that works closely with executive team, board members, and external stakeholders (supervisory board, owner, unions, etc. ). Head of People and Culture is responsible for defining and executing the people strategy across all levels of the organization. This role leads all aspects of human capital management in a high-volume, operationally complex logistics environment—including warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, and corporate functions.

This role is based in Estonia with frequent travel across the locations in Baltics. It's an office-first role. Apply if you would be happy to:

We will be happy if you: Master’s degree with HR specialization (preferred),7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a leading HR role,Proven track record leading HR in a large-scale, multi-national company,Exposure to union and non-union environments is a strong plus,Visionary leadership with strong business acumen,Deep understanding of logistics workforce dynamics,Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and change leadership skills,Strategic and analytical thinker with a strong operational mindset,Experience leading technology-enabled HR transformation,Resilience and agility in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
