OMP Consultant

With tailored mentoring and insider knowledge, we ensure your shift into consulting is smooth and successful. What You’ll Do:-Lead or support OMP implementation projects across modules such as OPR, S&OP, FCT, MEIO.-Act as a subject matter expert on OMP applications and best practices.-Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.-Onboard and train new consultants.-Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams for successful delivery.-Be available for occasional travel as required by the client. What We’re Looking For (basics):-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Economics, Finance, or related field.-At least 2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain (FMCG, Pharma, or Chemicals).-Full end-to-end deployment experience of OMP project.-Experience in MPS solver setup and understanding how to do solver-tuning according to business need. Direct experience with at least one OMP planning layer is required:-OMP OPR/S&OP: Strong MPS/DPS knowledge, configuration, and integration.-OMP FCT: Forecast configuration and integration experience.-OMP Integration: Namespace, ADC, SAP ECC (master & transactional data), ERP integration.-MEIO or Distribution experience is a big plus.-Strong communication and documentation skills. What We Offer:-Work remotely from anywhere in Europe.-Competitive salary, with annual performance reviews.-Choice between B2B or employment contract.-Private health insurance for peace of mind.-Multisport card to keep you active and energized.-Company car (approx. after 2 years).-Opportunity to grow within a highly experienced consulting team.-Ongoing mentorship and support to help you thrive in consulting.  If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, contact to DM or send your CV to hr@neronov.comFor more details, feel free to contact us.
