Represent On.About The RoleAs an On Tech Brand Rep, you’ll be the face of On in retail stores—educating/training store associates and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.What You’ll DoBrand Education & Training: Share your knowledge of On products to educate store staff on features, benefits, and the brand’s value.In-Store Support: Conduct monthly store visits to train associates and ensure product placement, displays, and signage are on point.Reporting & Insights: Capture photos, observations, and feedback during visits, then submit detailed reports via our mobile app to help improve insight on associate education and brand presentation.What We’re Looking ForExperience in education/training of store associatesProven experience in retail environment Passionate about the On brand and active lifestyleFriendly, engaging, with excellent relationship-building skillsStrong communicator, both verbal and writtenTech-savvy with smartphones and reporting toolsReliable transportation What You’ll ReceivePaid $50 USD per store training visit (plus travel incentives) based on experience and location Dedicated stores to service in your area - stores are generally visited once a month for one hourFlexibility to be able to schedule visits, at different times during the day, based on when the store manager advises there will be the greatest number of associates to train.Immediate start upon certification completionQuarterly calls with Brand Leaders for ongoing skill developmentAbout OnFounded in 2010, On is a Swiss innovator committed to transforming the world of running.
