Onboarding Manager - Private Banking

Currently recruiting on behalf of a large private bank, who are looking to further expand their onboarding team. The business has further extended their global reach, and are looking for a candidate with experience of HNW/UHNW onboarding of African clients. You should have experience of working with high risk clients and have a detailed understanding of sanctions, PEPs and source of funds regulation.Key ExperiencePrevious experience of working within an onboarding team at a Private Bank or Wealth ManagerExperience of HNW/UHNW onboardingExposure to high risk client onboardingDemonstrable experience of onboarding across African marketsGood knowledge of AML regulation, including Sanctions, PEPs and source of wealthStrong stakeholder engagement skills
