The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all new hires by coordinating pre-joining formalities, documentation, induction programs, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and Operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end onboarding processes for large batches of new hires.Coordinate with recruitment, HR, and business teams to ensure timely onboarding.Oversee documentation, background verification, and compliance requirements.Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.Track onboarding metrics and continuously improve process efficiency.Provide consistent communication and support to new joiners.Here's what'll need - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Min 10 years of experience in HR or onboarding operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HRIS and onboarding tools
