We believe in delivering results while fostering a culture of passion and collaboration.We are currently looking for a Onboarding Process Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing?As the Onboarding Process Specialist, you'll be the pivotal force behind designing, optimizing, and managing a smooth, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience for our clients, partners, or internal initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Process Management & Optimization: Own the full lifecycle of onboarding processes. Analyze, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to drive efficiency, documentation, and potential automation.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with departments (Sales, Legal, IT, Operations) to ensure timely, consistent, and efficient process execution.Compliance & Reporting: Create and maintain accurate process and regulatory documentation.
