You’ll be the expert who takes part in exciting projects and gains exposure to disruptive startups and global brands.RequirementsThe Onboarding Project Manager ensures new painting-industry clients have a smooth, consistent onboarding journey into the client's standardized tech stack. This role manages the client experience from kick-off through go-live, coordinating technical resources, keeping projects on track, and ensuring clients are set up for long-term success. Building strong relationships and trust with clients is central to this role. While technical aptitude is important, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Solution Engineers will handle the system design and deep technical work.Core ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding for up to 4 concurrent clients, ensuring projects reach go-live within 3–4 months (client-dependent).Manage the onboarding journey end-to-end: scheduling, communication, progress tracking, and delivery milestones.Maintain and optimize Airtable-based project management workflows.Partner closely with Solution Engineers and the Delivery & Solutions Manager to align resources and resolve roadblocks.Act as the primary client contact, translating technical progress into clear business outcomes while building trust and confidence throughout onboarding.Develop strong client relationships that support long-term success and smooth handoffs.Encourage client feedback and testimonials at the transition to Managed Services.Oversee smooth handoff, including client sign-off on the Client Success Adoption Plan.Requirements:Experience: Strong project management background; customer success experience required.
