ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist that is responsible for navigating candidates through the onboarding journey. The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in our recruitment firm, working closely with our recruiters to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding for new hires. This role involves regular communication with candidates to guarantee timely and accurate completion of all necessary onboarding documents and paperwork. The Onboarding Specialist is integral to maintaining our high standards of candidate experience and compliance. WHAT YOU”LL DO Candidate Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates undergoing the onboarding process. Ensure candidates are well-informed and supported throughout their onboarding journey. Paperwork Management: Handle all aspects of onboarding paperwork with candidates, including distributing, collecting, and following up to ensure timely completion. Coordination with Recruiters: Regularly connect with recruiters to address candidate progress and advise if start dates need to be updated. Document Review: Review completed paperwork prior to approval to ensure required identifying information is correct, paperwork is completed properly, and all required paperwork is completed before sending it to the Quality Assurance team. Quality Assurance: Ensure all onboarding documents meet company standards and compliance requirements. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and work with the team to implement enhancements. Strive to create a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for all candidates. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Experience: Previous onboarding experience at a staffing firm. Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Technical Proficiency: Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
