Position SummaryThe HR Recruiter - Onboarding Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).ResponsibilitiesPartners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and communicate/instruct on hiring processes.Sources qualified candidates for job openings, emphasizing search process.Screens resumes and interviews candidates (by phone or in person)Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.Maintains Job Postings (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).Assists other recruiters when needed and contributes to the success of the team as a whole.Process criminal background checks and drug screenings in order to determine candidates’ hiring eligibility.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related fieldsAt least 6 months of onboarding experience.Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.B2 High to C1 English Level
