Step into a role where your organizational skills and compassion directly shape the future of our growing, diverse team.How You’ll Make an ImpactDevelop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, interns, and graduatesCollaborate with HR, Hiring Managers, and IT to ensure every new colleague has access to essential tools, systems, and resourcesLead orientation sessions and training workshops, making sure everyone feels informed and includedMonitor and evaluate onboarding initiatives, continuously improving the process based on feedback and best practicesSupport new employees throughout their onboarding journey, addressing questions and facilitating a positive experienceOrganize and manage intro-management meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth executionContribute to internal communications by sharing engaging updates about new team membersWhat You BringYou hold a master’s degree in business administration, human resources, strategy, or a related fieldYou have experience in onboarding, employee training, or supporting international colleaguesYour interpersonal and communication skills help you connect with people from diverse backgroundsYou are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at onceYou are proficient in English (spoken and written) and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (including Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Danish employment law and relocation rules for international hires is a plusYou are based in or able to work from BallerupAbout The TeamYou’ll join our Grid Technology business, a team dedicated to building a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid—the backbone of the energy transition.
