Service Engineer

About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to join our team. This role covers the maintenance, repair, and servicing of coffee equipment as well as general shop upkeep. From fixing machines to keeping our stores running smoothly, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations stay efficient and uninterrupted.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair coffee machines and related equipmentPerform regular maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across shop facilitiesConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtimeSupport store teams with general repairs, including lighting, signage, and fixturesMaintain accurate records of maintenance work and service schedulesCoordinate with external contractors when neededEnsure all work is performed safely and to regulatory standardsRequirementsAlready resides in Kuwait and transferrable visa 183+ years’ experience in equipment maintenance, facilities repair, or a similar technical roleStrong mechanical, electrical, and general repair skillsFamiliarity with commercial coffee equipment is a strong plusAbility to read manuals, diagrams, and follow technical instructionsGood communication and organizational skillsFlexibility to respond to urgent issues, including occasional off-hours workValid driver’s license (if the role involves travel between locations)Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail maintenanceComfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environmentIf you're passionate about transforming spaces and thrive in a fast-paced project environment, we’d love to hear from you!
