Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Director of Operations to help scale and systematize our internal operations at ONEiO, a fast-growing Managed Service Provider redefining how integrations are delivered. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role ensures our internal foundation — Finance, HR, Legal, and Administration — is robust, efficient, and aligned with our growth goals. You’ll work closely with the executive team, translating strategy into execution through structured operations. This is a builder role for someone who thrives on clarity, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage core business functions:
Oversee day-to-day operations across Finance, HR, Legal, and Admin in partnership with the VP of Operations. Build scalable processes: Design and implement internal workflows that enable cross-functional collaboration and growth. Drive operational rhythm: Coordinate planning, reporting, and performance routines that support the company’s goals. Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Customer Experience, and Growth leadership to align execution with strategy. Own internal enablement: Introduce ways of working that improve alignment, decision-making, and productivity across the company. Ensure compliance: Maintain legal and regulatory readiness across multiple jurisdictions. Support people operations:
Improve HR systems and practices that support a strong, values-driven culture during growth. What We’re Looking ForProven experience in operations leadership within Managed Services, IT, or related fields. Strong understanding of financial management, people operations, and business process design. Demonstrated ability to scale internal operations in growing or complex organizations. A structured thinker who brings clarity and consistency to fast-moving environments. Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator, comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels. Someone who thrives on execution, accountability, and improving how work gets done.
