Role SummaryWe are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of user insights initiatives,multi-channel marketing activities, and offline events at the country level.

This role demands a strong grasp of integrated marketing, a deep understanding of the Social Media landscape, and the ability to make independent decisionsacross diverse workstreams—including Paid Media, PR, E-commerce, CRM, and Experiential Marketing (Events). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of driving high-impact programs across internal teams and external partners, turning insights into effective market actions. Key Responsibilities1. Country-Level Project ManagementOwn the planning and execution of local marketing and insight-driven projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals. Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery quality across all relevant workstreams.

Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and make timely, informed decisions to keep projects on track. 2. Strategic & Executional Leadership in Social MediaLead theSocial Media workstream end-to-end, from developing channel strategies and content calendars to overseeing campaign execution. Drive performance-based optimization using analytics and social listening tools. Ensure brand voice, content, and user engagement align with broader marketing objectives. Stay ahead of platform trends (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. ) and emerging best practices. 3. Offline Events & Experiential MarketingPlan and manage offline events such as product launches, retail activations, community gatherings, or brand experiences. Coordinate logistics, vendor sourcing, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.

Ensure events are insight-driven, brand-aligned, and integrated with digital efforts (e. g. social amplification or lead generation). 4. Cross-Workstream Integration & CoordinationAct as a liaison between functional teams including Paid Media, PR, CRM, and E-commerce to ensure seamless campaign execution and message consistency. Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive collaboration and clarity across all channels. 5. User Insights & ResearchSupport user and market research initiatives in partnership with insights teams or agencies. Contribute to research planning, participant recruitment, survey/interview design, and findings analysis. Translate insights into actionable strategies for marketing, brand, and product teams. 6.

Local Operations & Vendor OversightOversee local operational processes including KPI tracking, campaign documentation, and reporting. Manage external vendors such as research agencies, event partners, and media agencies, ensuring quality and timeline adherence. Requirements3–5 yearsof experience in marketing project management, with proven ownership of Social Media campaigns and offline event execution. Strong understanding of integrated marketing including Paid Media, PR, CRM, and E-commerce, and how channels complement one another. Confident in making independent decisions, managing multiple priorities, and navigating ambiguity. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in campaign planning, budget tracking, and post-campaign reporting.

Experience managing vendors or agencies, particularly in creative, event, or media environments. Analytical and insight-driven; able to interpret data and make performance-based recommendations. Proficiency in Danish and English. Preferred QualificationsExperience working in international/matrix organizations or high-paced brand environments. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e. g. Asana, Monday. com, Trello). Basic experience with social analytics tools, CRM dashboards, or research platforms.
