Cultural Project Manager | Photography | Mozambique Representative – Paris-based NGOWe’re looking for local representatives in Mozambique who are actively involved in the arts, culture, or social movements to join VISIBLES MMXXV | 2025, an international project developed by the Paris-based NGO Pim Pam Pum, with a special focus on your country. Pim Pam Pum is an international NGO that designs and implements cultural and social impact projects in collaboration with local communities around the world. About VISIBLES MMXXVVISIBLES is a global initiative that showcases the work of women photographers working in contexts of conflict, exclusion, or social struggle.

It’s more than an exhibition — it's a network for visibility, solidarity, and artistic engagement. Who are we looking for?We’re seeking local cultural connectors — people who can serve as bridges between VISIBLES and their local photography and cultural communities. Your title or profession might vary, but if you are active in your community and passionate about art with impact, we want to hear from you!You might be a:

– Cultural manager – Photographer or artist– Human rights or feminist activist – Communications professional– Creative producer– Gallery owner or cultural space manager– Or simply someone deeply engaged with the local cultural sceneAs a VISIBLES Representative, you will:

– Share open calls and events with your local network – Help us connect with women photographers in your country– Amplify our message through social media and community spaces – Join a growing international network committed to art and social changeWhat are the conditions?– Voluntary position– Flexible commitment (1, 3, or 6-month renewable collaborations)– Up to 4 representatives per country invited to VISIBLES MMXXV– What matters most is your motivation and local engagementInterested?
