By combining expert instruction with personalized learning technology, OnDemand Education sharpens exam readiness and equips learners to achieve their future aspirations.Join us and help the next generation turn ambition into achievement.What You’ll DriveE-Commerce & Student Growth – Drive online course sales to achieve revenue, new student acquisition and retention targets, ensuring strong growth momentum across digital platforms.Investment & Ad Spend Management – Manage advertising investment with both strategic and hands-on oversight, optimizing spend efficiency to maximize ROI and continuously reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).Performance Marketing Leadership – Lead and empower the performance marketing team across SEM/SEO, Display, Social, Affiliate and other channels, ensuring consistent channel growth and conversion improvement.Online Shopping Journey Optimization – Enhance the end-to-end online student journey—from discovery and enrollment through payment to post-learning engagement—improving funnel conversion and boosting retention and subscription renewal.Channel & Media Strategy – Define the right media mix, budget allocation and campaign mechanics to expand and improve performance across all key channels.Online Strategy Development – Set the overall online commerce strategy aligned with commercial and organizational goals, translating strategy into measurable results.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Commercial Marketing, Academic, Sales Branch, Telesales and Product teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel growth strategy.Strategic & Hands-On Leadership – Balance long-term strategic planning with direct involvement in critical projects to secure tangible impact and sustainable channel performance.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s degree preferred).7+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.Strong expertise in ad spend management, SEM/SEO, social media and affiliate channels.In-depth understanding of online sales mechanics, funnel optimization and the digital student journey.Proven ability to lead performance marketing teams with a mix of strategic vision and execution capability.
