Our client is seeking an Online Content Moderation Specialist to help uphold the integrity of digital communities and protect users across online platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining trust and safety by identifying, reviewing, and responding to potentially harmful or policy-violating content, ensuring swift and fair resolution while supporting a positive user experience.Key Responsibilities:Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms in line with community guidelines and legal frameworks.Assess escalated or sensitive content involving potential online harm, misinformation, or abuse.Coordinate incident response for high-risk content and ensure timely mitigation actions.Support the development and improvement of moderation policies, workflows, and escalation frameworks.Collaborate with internal teams, industry partners, and relevant authorities to strengthen online safety efforts.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in content moderation, online safety, or trust & safety operations.Strong understanding of social media platforms, online behaviors, and digital communication trends.Able to assess complex and sensitive content objectively with sound judgment and empathy.Experience handling escalations or incident management is a plus.If you’re passionate about protecting digital communities and making the internet a safer place for all users — we’d love to hear from you.
