Online Growth & Marketing Manager (all genders)

Job Description

We're looking for a part-time online marketing manager to optimize top-of-funnel growth through paid marketing channels & content. We're a product-led company, thus, this role is focused on the whole acquisition funnel and very KPI-driven.You'll work closely with Valuecase's founders and external service providers (e.g. design agency). You can expect responsibility, quick decision making & openness for very creative marketing approaches. We are not a dusty B2B brand – we innovate through creative, positioning, and product.We prefer hybrid work from Hamburg, but are also considering fully remote candidates. This is a full-time or part-time (~50-80%) role.TasksPaid AcquisitionLaunch, manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and others.Coordinate external service providers and internal stakeholders for design / copy.Continuously experiment with targeting, creatives, and landing pages.Measure CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.Content MarketingYou'll help us build and execute a strategy.Website & Funnel OptimizationDefine & lead key initiatives to improve the website.Run & evaluate A/B tests on CTAs, forms, and signup flows.Analytics & ReportingSet up dashboards for acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.Report insights weekly or biweekly to drive decisions.RequirementsIdeal ProfilePrior performance marketing experience (bonus if software)Hands-on with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Comfortable writing or briefing for content & creatives.Strong data mindset – knows how to run experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate.BenefitsRegular team events and offsites, Lunch subsidies, Gym Membership discount, as well as free drinks and snacksThe latest and greatest tech hardware and tech toolsCompetitive compensation packageWork side-by-side with the founding team and all other employees in an agile and collaborative mannerWhy ValuecaseSmall team, big leverage.
