About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and proactive Paid Social Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll help grow our customer base through Meta and TikTok campaigns, managing budgets, testing new creative approaches, and identifying opportunities to optimise performance.You’ll work alongside experienced channel managers and have exposure to a broad range of acquisition activities, from creative strategy and performance analysis to process optimization and automation.What You Will DoYou’ll be at the heart of our growth engine, designing, running, and optimising Paid Social campaigns that bring new customers to Marley Spoon and keep them coming back. Working across Meta and TikTok, you’ll turn insights into impact: defining audiences, crafting ads that capture attention, and scaling what works.You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, brand, and analytics teams to transform ideas into measurable results. From brainstorming fresh concepts and testing hooks or videos to analysing data and spotting performance trends, you’ll ensure every campaign tells a story and deliver results.Curiosity will be your secret ingredient. You’ll constantly experiment with new audiences, formats, and approaches, keeping a pulse on platform updates and emerging trends. If you’ve explored the Google Display Network or programmatic campaigns, that’s a plus, we love marketers who think beyond the usual channels and bring new opportunities to the table.What You Will BringYou’ve built a solid foundation in performance marketing and are excited to keep growing in a hands-on role. With around 3 years of experience in digital marketing (ideally within B2C or e-commerce), you feel comfortable managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. You know how to set up campaigns, manage budgets, and optimise towards performance goals like CPA or ROAS, and you enjoy learning from the data to understand what drives results.You’re comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and have some experience using Google Analytics / GA4 to track performance and understand results. You’re familiar with UTMs and basic tracking principles, and you’re eager to keep developing your analytical skills.You like to take initiative, share ideas, and help things move forward.. You work well with others, communicate clearly, and bring a positive, hands-on attitude to the team.
