Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead Online Marketing agenda for our Retail Business.This role covers:Online Media Planning: translating Business and Communication Objectives into effective media plan. This includes all digital Paid Media (Social Media, SEM, Google Ads, Programmatic etc.) as well as Own Media (websites, brand social media) and SEO. This part also covers preparing a brief for content and graphic team to develop communication assets.Social Media Management: take full ownership of all Social Media posts; set posts, monitor and reply comments, monitor social listening dashboardInfluencer/KOL Planning: supporting Media Plan execution by identifying the right influencers/KOL/KOC for each campaignWebsite development & maintenance: develop and maintain website’s frontend and backend for ComSeven, Studio7, and Banana. (excluding the e-com part) Main Responsibilities:Translate communication objectives into online strategies and media plans.Manage annual and monthly media budgets, set budget guidelines by category/business unit, and ensure spending efficiency.Oversee all online advertising campaigns, align objectives with the team, and execute real-time optimizations to deliver ROI and media KPIs.Summarize campaign performance, learnings, and insights to improve future campaigns.Lead the selection and management of influencers to match campaign goals.Capture, monitor, and utilize website visitor data for retargeting and lead expansion.Ensure consumer-friendly landing websites/pages with clear CTAs that drive registrations or e-commerce conversions.Coach, mentor, and support team members to enhance skills, knowledge, and overall performance. Qualification:A true digital native, with proven expertise in owned channels, website management, and social media marketing, ideally within Retail BusinessStrong background in Media Strategy and Media Planning, including Influencer Strategy that support business objectives.Proficient in setting, tracking, and analyse media KPI, including Google Analytics and Tagging. Strong Background in SEM and SEO.Data-driven, result oriented, proactive development and testing of new ideasAlways on top of all things digital; new media, new trends, new digital solutions, new influencer etc. A confident Team Leader, able to lead a dynamic and versatile team who is also good at working across teams, strong in managing stakeholders and negotiation.Strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.Good command of English (writing, speaking, and presenting in English is a must)Preferred Skills:SEM, SEO, CRM, GA, GTM and marketing automation platforms.Experience with geo-targeted/geo-fencing media optimization and A/B testing.
