Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, online platform bidder is responsible for identifying and securing IT projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. The role involves writing customized proposals, managing client communication, and collaborating with technical teams for accurate project scoping. The candidate will generate leads, maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets while leveraging strong knowledge of IT services and excellent communication skills.What We're Looking For:Identify and bid on relevant projects across platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.Understand client requirements from project descriptions and write customized, high-quality proposals.Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into projects.Collaborate with technical teams to understand project scope, timelines, and cost estimation.Generate and manage leads to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.Prepare daily and weekly reports for management on bidding activities and conversions.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of IT services such as ERP, Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Cloud Solutions.Excellent English communication and writing skills—must be able to draft compelling, client-focused proposals.Proven experience in handling Upwork / Freelancer profiles with a solid track record of successful bids.Strong negotiation and analytical skills to assess project feasibility.Basic Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, IT, or Marketing.Prior experience working in an IT software house or digital agency.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools. Experience in preparing technical documentation, RFPs, or proposals is a plus.
