We promote our team fromwithin our own company and will teach you with on the job training and leadership classes.Uses designated Stauffers Online equipment and software to shop for customer orders.Communicates with customers in a friendly and professional manner.Scan Order at Online Area Register and cash out with Individual Instacart CardsScan Order barcode to Print bag labelsEnsures Stauffers Online equipment and other equipment are properly secured and end of dayEnsures customers receive accurate and fresh products.Is able to perform tasks of the Area SpecialistMaintain the Online Staging areaEnsure shopping carts have proper suppliesPens/PaperTablet DeviceCooler CleaningOverall online room organizationWork with cashier manager To ensure proper staffingAssigns orders to the Personal ShoppersFinish customer ordersBag ItemsScan & Label the bagsComplete order on Instacart site (add bags quantities)Fill out dry erase boardOrganize orders in staging area (ie Dry Goods, Cooler & Freezer Bags)Answer any cell phone calls and/or textsTake customer orders to carUse Instacart device to scan bags to ensure all bags are togetherFinalize the order in the Instacart AppReport to Pricing & Data system team issues, changes or complaintsMay perform cashier duties.Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.Basic skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)Basic computer and smartphone skills.Organized and detailed oriented. Position Mathematical SkillsAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations such as adding & subtracting using multiple digit numbers & units of weight &/or American currency.
