ApplyAZ is an EdTech platform helping students access tuition-free bachelor’s and master’s paths in Italy. We’re hiring international students currently in Italy to guide applicants who want to follow the same path—shortlist best-fit programs, share real-life tips, and support them from profile creation to submission.What you’ll doCoach & Counsel: Talk to students via WhatsApp, phone, email, and video; answer questions and set expectations clearly.Shortlist Programs and submit applications: Use our framework to build tailored, best-fit program lists based on a student’s background and goals and submit them.Share Your Experience: Offer practical guidance (applications, timelines, life in Italy, study tips) so students feel confident.Keep the CRM Fresh: Log every interaction, note, and next step in Intercom; maintain clean, accurate records.Follow Through: Nudge students to complete profiles, upload documents, and move to the next milestone.You’ll thrive if you haveIntercom basics (or fast learner) and comfort with simple spreadsheets/Google Workspace.Clear, friendly communication in English (other languages are a plus).A helpful, reliable, organized approach—and respect for data accuracy.Role detailsSchedule: 20 hours per week (part-time).Contract: Part-time contractor; fixed pay.Work setup: Remote within Italy; reliable laptop & smartphone required.Why join ApplyAZMake a difference: Help students access world-class, low-cost education.Simple, modern workflows: Tech-enabled process that’s easy to learn.Real growth: Build counseling, communication, and CRM skills on a fast-moving team.
