Manage the operational flow of job postings and candidate processes on the platformTrack incoming requests from clients and candidates; coordinate with relevant support teamsCollaborate with the HR team to enhance candidate CVs and improve recruitment process efficiencySupport candidate interview processes within headhunting projectsRespond to user inquiries regarding platform usage and provide solutionsPrepare basic data entries and tracking sheets to support process improvement and reportingCollect and analyze feedback from users and share insights with the product teamContribute to improving both client and candidate experiencesQualifications:
