Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering speech language pathology services in a K-12 setting for school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in a collaborative and community based environment.Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in needDevelop your skills, career, and expertise with a supportive team-based environmentProvide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school aged childrenMinimum Requirements:Able to commit to 37.5 hours per week Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in California, in good standing Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical CompetencyFull-time resident of the United StatesDue to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendanceExperience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric populationExperience and comfortability with the use of various types of technologyFollow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notesParticipate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinatorPrepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessaryThe on-target earnings for this role are $60-$65 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications. This position also includes an opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria.
