About the RoleOntra is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, reporting to our Manager, Talent Partners, to join its growing Talent team. For this job, we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on your assigned roles and departments, integrating closely with your teams to understand their hiring needs, providing insight on market trends, and developing creative ways to attract and engage talent. Own candidate lifecycle and ensure a smooth, efficient and positive candidate experience from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, hiring team stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing; typical work load is 7-10 reqs from early career to Director-level hiring across three or more departments Continuous Process Improvement: Proactively identify and address hiring roadblocks, using and analyzing recruitment data to uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and then developing and executing strategies in partnership with department leadership to optimize hiring outcomesRelationship Management:

Act as a partner, consultant, and adviser to our hiring managers by developing and driving recruiting strategies in highly competitive markets; build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand our vision, culture, and business in order to identify and hire talent that will thrive in our environmentPipeline Building: Independently drive active and long-term candidate pipeline; utilize sourcing with application review, re-engagement of previous candidates, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, referral campaigns, and other creative methods to engage and attract top tech talentWhat You’ll BringExperience:

At least 5 years of recruiting experience within a transferable recruiting environment and industry; background hiring within Product Engineering teams a strong plus Global Exposure: Experience working on a global, remotely distributed team; familiarity with international hiring markets outside of the US preferred Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of and a desire to learn new recruiting technologies and sourcing tools (e. g. , Greenhouse or similar ATS, Gem, BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and GSuite) Communication: Ability to effectively connect, engage, and communicate with stakeholders across the business as well as candidates at the most senior levels Creative:

The base pay range is listed below. Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable compensation, profits interest units, or other equity-based compensation, which are not included in the below base pay range.
