Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute leader to join our team as Director, Operations. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, commercial performance, and strategic execution across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Execution with a Commercial FocusPartner closely with the VP to drive GOP and EBITDA through the facilitation of deep dive sessions, positioning, and repositioning workshops alongside operations, sales, and marketing leadership. Translate high-level strategies into actionable commercial initiatives with clear timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with General Managers and commercial teams to ensure alignment and disciplined follow-through. 2.

Operational Excellence & Guest ExperienceLead initiatives that enhance service culture and guest satisfaction, ensuring operational standards are consistently met. Provide data-driven insights during performance reviews, with a focus on EBITDA improvement and ROI. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & InfluenceFoster strong relationships with General Managers and property leaders, earning trust through business acumen and collaborative leadership. Effectively manage diverse personalities, align teams with organizational goals, and influence outcomes without direct authority. 4. Project Ownership & DeliveryCo-develop and implement group-level initiatives in areas such as cost optimization, branding and sustainability. Ensure projects are structured with clear objectives, milestones, and measurable results. 5.

Communication & AccountabilityManage and support regular PIC calls, follow-ups, and weekly progress trackers to maintain high accountability across all properties. Enable the VP to focus on long-term strategic planning by ensuring consistent execution at the tactical level. 6. Leadership Presence & Cultural FitExhibit a confident, engaging leadership style with strong emotional intelligence. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational awareness. Bring energy, humility, and a results-oriented mindset to the organization. QualificationsProven experience in commercial, sales, or revenue management, ideally within the hospitality or service industry. Strong operational background with a clear understanding of P&L management, GOP, and EBITDA drivers.

Demonstrated success in multi-property or regional leadership roles. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and project delivery under tight timelines.
