IT Network Manager

Onyxes Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing performance of the IT network infrastructure. This role carries strategic significance, driving connectivity, security, and reliability for one of the region's leading telecommunications services. ResponsibilitiesLead the daily performance and availability of the network, encompassing LAN, WAN, data center, and sites connectivity. Define and enforce network architecture standards, policies, and procedures to ensure robust security and alignment with SLAs. Oversee network infrastructure upgrades, routers, switching, wireless systems, and data center components. Manage vendor relationships and SLAs to ensure high-quality service and efficient delivery.

Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, uptime, latency, incident response to stakeholders. Mentor and lead the network team, network engineers and administrators, ensuring strategic and operational excellence. Drive incident response and escalations, with clear plans for troubleshooting and maintaining network resilience. Align network operations with overall IT and business objectives.  Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field6+ years in network infrastructure roles; proven leadership experience preferred. Deep knowledge of enterprise network design, routing and switching, data center Nexus switches, Cisco ISE, and network integrations.

Strong vendor/SLA management and strategic planningOutstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCertifications like CCIE or CCNP minimum, ITIL, or relevant networking credentials are a plus
