Role : The main objective of this role is to guarantee that all aspects of a project adhere to the necessary quality standards. This involves implementing measures to oversee the quality of installations, equipment, services, and processes, ensuring they align with regulations and specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Site Quality Control (Telecom, Infrastructure, Data Center, Optical Fiber)Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Developing and implementing quality control processes. Conducting regular audits and inspections to detect non-compliance. Documenting inspections, test results, and corrective actions. 2. Equipment Evaluation and MonitoringAssessing equipment based on specifications and standards. Maintaining records of test results and quality measurements.
Analyzing results and identifying compliance gaps. 3. Vendor and Subcontractor ManagementEnsuring the quality of supplied materials and equipment. Monitoring and evaluating subcontractor performance on-site. Verifying service compliance and managing non-conformities. 4. Continuous Improvement and TrainingIdentifying opportunities for process improvement. Implementing corrective and preventive actions. Training and raising awareness among teams and subcontractors on quality best practices. 5. Monitoring and ReportingPreparing quality reports (tests, inspections, audits). Measuring performance indicators (SQI, compliance). Communicating results and recommendations to stakeholdersCompliance of sites according to Specifications (SQI Assessment)Handling of non-complianceEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Engineer or equivalent, in Telecom, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering • Intermediate English and Advance French3 to 5 years of experience in the Technology field Detail-oriented and analytical mindsetStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and with others
