As an Online Operations Associate, you'll help handle and improve our daily online operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers have a great experience.
Your focus will be on streamlining processes, boosting customer satisfaction, and making sure we stay on track with all the necessary regulations!Your day to day will include: Creating and updating operational processes for online products to meet customer satisfaction, compliance, and legal standardsStreamlining verification workflows, identifying areas for further improvement. Tracking the execution of campaigns and communication plans to enhance customer awarenessCollaborating with internal teams to implement new online features, including payment methods, verification processes etc.
Reviewing KYC background checks for new registrations, speeding up the verification process while ensuring compliance with regulationsMonitoring competition in online gaming operations and verification processesMonitoring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects and reporting on production/UAT incidents to ensure timely resolution with minimal impact on operationsWhat you need to succeed:
