About The JobWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Key Account Management (KAMs) to lead our commercial strategy and execution in Hungary.
In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth, build strong customer partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results in the healthcare market. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric business plans, managing key relationships, and ensuring flawless execution across all channels. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of customer business plans to deliver top-line growth and profitability.
Manage and coach a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their development. Build strong, strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders and lead key negotiations. Drive innovation in customer engagement and go-to-market strategies, aligned with both short- and long-term business goals. Oversee forecasting, stock levels, and distribution to ensure optimal market presence and share. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver integrated commercial plans. Represent Hungary in regional and global KAM forums, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
About You10+ years with a strong track record in key account management and commercial leadership. Comprehensive knowledge of consumer products, brand strategies, and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems successfully. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and a record of dynamically elevating performance. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. Deep understanding of retail operations and customer dynamics in Hungary. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; fluent in English and Hungarian. Comfortable with data, insights, and digital tools (CRM, MS Office).
