Position SummaryOpenforce is seeking a driven and versatile Marketing Coordinator to support and execute integrated marketing programs across key customer segments. In this hands-on role, youâll help to support broader campaign goals, including managing trade show logistics, contributing to content creation, coordinating social media efforts, and assisting in digital media campaign optimization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and creative â comfortable juggling multiple projects across digital campaigns, events, and content development.
Youâll work closely with the marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure the timely execution of high-impact initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and paid digital channels. Digital Marketing & SEO:
Support the execution and optimization of paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and contribute to keyword research and basic SEO strategies to improve content visibility and performance. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and managing logistics for tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and other industry events. Calendar & Asset Management: Maintain marketing calendars and organize marketing and sales resources on shared platforms. Content Development: Contribute to the creation of marketing assets, including blog posts, guides, short-form videos, social media content, and sales enablement materials. Social Media Support: Help manage and schedule posts, track engagement, and support brand voice consistency across platforms.
CRM & Campaign Reporting: Utilize tools to support campaign deployment, lead tracking, and performance reporting; assist in monitoring KPIs and preparing insights to inform optimization. Graphic Creation: Develop visually engaging marketing assets and sales collateral. QualificationsQualifications & Requirements: Bachelorâs degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 2â3 years of broad-based marketing experience (ideally in SaaS, fintech, logistics, or a related B2B industry) Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or other events. Strong communication and writing skills, with some experience producing marketing content. Working knowledge of social media tools and best practices. Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM/automation platforms.
Design experience with Canva or similar tools. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimization and results. Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
