Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Installation Worker (Operario Calificado, Operario General)PURPOSE OF THE JOBPerform the execution of Signaling, Telecommincation and Low Voltaje Installation - trackside, stations and depots - according to Installation Supervisor and Team Leaders orientations and instructionsEnsure the application of EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards ORGANISATIONOrganisation structure (job belongs to..)Operations/Regional Centre /Site OperationsReports directly to:Site/Country/Cluster/Region Installation Manager/Director or Field Operation Manager/Director Other reporting to:Functional report line to SIG Installation Supervisor or Team Leader (during project execution and operations phase)Direct reports:NoneNetwork & LinksInternalSite/Country/Cluster/Region Installation Manager/Director or Field Operation Manager/DirectorSite/Country/Cluster/Region EHS Manager/Director ExternalSuppliers and/or sub-contractorsAuditors and/or AssessorsMain ResponsabilitiesIn compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Sig Installation Worker performs the Installation execution and activities, including:Execute specific installation activities according the design documentation and Installation Supervisor orientation / instructionComply with EHS procedures and maintains PPE defined by EHS, make sure collective protections are in place, and alert the Installation Supervisor whenever any deviation to EHS rules or EHS riskEnsure has the right means to perform the installation: o Ensure tools calibration at all time Understanding of drawings and Work Method Statement (WMS) Ensure availability and usage of the necessary and right material Accurate knowledge / training for performing the workPerform activities with quality: no deviation versus drawings and WMSReport and alert the hierarchical superior if any risk, difficulties, or issues are identified during the installation activities that may impact the safety, the quality and/or the performance of the workApply the D&IS Installation and FO Process for Installation activitiesPerformance measurements Quality of installation activities (Number of Punch Points) Productivity as per reference Library Issue of Red and Yellow drawing reportsEducational RequirementsMandatory: Primary levelDesirable: Secondary levelExperienceMandatory:Minimum experience on site works: 6 months Desirable:Knowledge of EHS on siteCompetencies & SkillsQuality and EHS-focused, rigorous, team-playerYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
